How it works

Here's what happens from your first message to closing, so you know what to expect.

1. You tell us about the land

Use the form or give us a call. We need the county and state, and the parcel number (APN) helps if you have it. You'll find it on your property tax bill.

2. We research the property

We check public records and maps, including access, zoning, flood zones and recent sales nearby. We may have a few questions for you along the way.

3. You get an offer

If the land is a fit, we'll tell you what we can pay and put it in a written agreement. Read it closely, take your time, and have your attorney review it if you'd like. You don't owe us anything if you say no.

4. A neutral third party handles closing

If you accept, a title company or closing attorney checks the title, prepares the documents and handles the payment. The time this takes depends on the property and the title work. Land closings often take several weeks, and problems with the title can add more time.

What you should know about us

We're investors, not your agent, so we don't represent you in the sale. We aim to make a profit, either by keeping the land, reselling it, or assigning our purchase contract to another buyer. Your agreement will spell out what applies to your sale. You're always welcome to compare our offer with what you could get by listing with a licensed agent.
